*Please note that delivery timeframes start from when your package is marked as shipped and do not include weekends, national holidays or any customs processing delays. Shipping prices are in USD currency. These costs will convert to your local currency at checkout if you choose to checkout in your local currency.
*No designated express delivery will be accepted. Estimated delivery times are for reference only and may vary depending on shipping conditions. If you are in a hurry, please do not place an order.
Cancellation :We accept free cancellations within 3 hours. If orders need to be cancelled within 3-10 hours, we will charge a processing fee of $5 per order. cancellation of order items is strictly not accepted once your order has been placed over 10 hours.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Customs Charges: The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. Flowering Girl is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
In the event where a parcel is not claimed or refused by the receiver, delivery personnel will attempt re-delivery. If delivery personnel are unable to arrange a re-delivery, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. In the event that your package is refused and returned to Flowering Girl, any return costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
COVID-19 & Insurance: Please allow for extra time for delivery as a result of COVID-19 once your package has been despatched from us. Our warehouse team are still despatching all orders on time and cannot be held accountable for delays in your delivery as a result of third party couriers. Please note that a signature on delivery is not required at this time as a DHL/Fedex/UPS COVID social distancing protocol. Please ensure your delivery address is safe and secure as we will not be held accountable for any packages that are stolen or missing as a result of the DHL/Fedex/UPS "Safe Drop" method. If you wish to purchase parcel protection and insurance to avoid this from happening, please email us prior to ordering to ensure our team can add this onto your order total.
Pre-Order Styles: If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock styles, your delivery will not be arranged until ALL items are in stock. Please email support@floweringgirl.com if you would like an alternative arrangement. We highly recommend placing a seperate order if any items from your order are urgent.
* Cancellation of pre-order items is strictly not accepted once your order has been placed. The expected delivery date on all pre-order styles is an estimate only, and is not considered a formal guarantee. For an unexpected delay in the delivery date which exceeds 10 business days, you will be notified via email and our customer care team will be more than happy to discuss your options.
Delivery Delays: During busy sale periods or new collection launches, your order may not always be delivered within the specified delivery timeframes. We are unable to provide compensation to customers for any unexpected delays with your delivery once the item has been despatched from our warehouse. These delays are out of the control of Flowering Girl. If you wish to seek compensation for any inconvenience caused, you may wish to contact the courier directly.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders will be sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.We ship most of our items within 48 hours. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take 2-5 business days to process and dispatch. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 9–15 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 9 and 15 days to arrive at their destination but may take longer sometimes. If your order is shipping to Brazil or Russia or other continents, it will take about 25 days to arrive at their destination but may take longer from time to time. Express shipping may take 3-8 business days to arrive in the destination. The delivery date on all order is an estimate only, and is not considered a formal guarantee.
If an order is selected for express delivery and is divided into two or more packages, the first package will be shipped via express delivery and the remaining packages will be shipped via standard delivery.
